MOSCOW, Jul 6 (PRIME) -- The Industry and Trade Ministry will support car manufacturing on the Moskvich plant by providing cheap loans to buy components and offering subsidies for the new platform, Minister Denis Manturov said on Wednesday.
"We can grant loans at beneficial terms for local manufacturing of components under a special program of the Industrial Development Fund, while development of a new Russian universal platform can get support in terms of research and development subsidies," the minister said.
